PAYMENT

There are options for overseas clients, including Visa and MasterCard. We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.

SHIPMENT TIMEFRAMES

At the time of checkout, you will be quoted a particular delivery promise based on your chosen destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart. Once the package has been shipped, changes to the delivery address cannot be accommodated. Deliveries can be late due to airplane delays, cancellations, government limitations, and/or border closures. Somehow, we make every effort to deliver your things within the given timeframe.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

In the event that any item you ordered from us are damaged or faulty, or if the item delivered differs from what you ordered, only returns & exchanges will be accepted. If you want to return or exchange an item you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be clean, unworn, and in resalable condition. We will send you an email with instructions on where to send returns, and we’ll handle exchanges once the returned goods have been inspected for quality a shipping label/waybill and the return package instructions. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for returning the item(s) to the courier.

Returns will not be accepted unless an RMA number is provided. Please keep in mind that the RMA Number will expire 21 calendar days after you get the Merchandise Authorization email. If the item is returned beyond that time, it will not be accepted. Your RMA confirmation will include your return address.
